Make strategic decisions regarding what content to include, what channels to use, and what impact it may have on the customer experience.

Sarita urges to make marketing campaigns and outreach beyond Twitter and Facebook creative, especially on social media, Sarita says. Will your audience include millennials, for example? TikTok might be a good option. How about providing a visual element or experience to your product? Include Instagram in your engagement strategy.
