Every entrepreneur has a unique tale about why they decided to start their own company. Some people have always desired to work for themselves, while others came across ideas while working for someone else and decided to start their own business. Andy Treys also has a unique one of his own. Andy Treys is an Armenian-American entrepreneur who has been working as an entrepreneur since the age of 13. Some of his profitable businesses include Muscle Lab, Cereal Club, KB24 NFT, Getmefamous, and Accommodations.
How It All Started?
Andy became an internet entrepreneur by establishing social media groups with the support of platform builder Ning. When he was 13 years old, he became a master growth hacker. He uses creative, low-cost strategies to help businesses acquire and retain customers. Andy was a great basketball player in high school, and ESPN Sportscenter featured his full-court buzzer-beater. He spent his adolescent years producing Android apps for the Google Play store and launched KobeCamp2009 with YouTube and ESPN, among other sports-related projects that garnered him a lot of money. His inspiration for KobeCamp2009 came from attending Kobe Basketball Academy and from viral videos he watched of Bryant talking about Jordan Crawford dunking on Lebron James.
Dropping Out of College
The decision to drop out of college was not easy for young Andy, everyone told him that it’ll be the biggest mistake of his life, and that he would be considered a failure, but he stood by his decision. Being a young serial entrepreneur, Andy noticed how limited his time was because of school. Hence, he prioritized entrepreneurship.
Founding Getmefamous
After developing his social media empire to a total 300 million followers across Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, he founded his social media agency, “getmefamous,” in 2016. At that time, Andy was also a part of the marketing team that helped Bryson Tiller and Khalid break into the music industry.
Surviving The Rough Patch
However everything changed in 2018, when Andy woke up to a Twitter announcement that would cost him millions of dollars. Twitter changed its policies and banned anyone who used networks of accounts to boost tweets. Andy had created over 200 accounts at that time, providing an entertaining range of content from comedy to music. A person with such power could push millions of impressions in seconds, and that kind of power could be dangerous if misused. Unluckily, Andy found himself caught in the crosshairs of an issue much bigger than his marketing agency: the United States Presidential Election.
Rising From the Ashes
Following Twitter’s unexpected policy change, he rebuilt “getmefamous” from the ground up, creating a new viral network on Snapchat and implementing new technologies to automate tasks and lower labor costs. Andy began successful collaborations with Alissa Violet and Bella Thorne in 2019, eventually taking over Thorne’s music and marketing for the OnlyFans agency.
Starting Muscle Lab
He and Vatche Ourishian founded Muscle Lab, a muscle rehabilitation and wellness lounge, in 2020. Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, IV Therapy, and other recovery and wellness services are available at this celebrity hangout. It is one of the industry’s most well-known wellness lounges. Some of the celebrities, platinum musicians, and professional athletes who attend the venue include Zedd, ASAP Ferg, DJ Mustard, Carnage, Ben Simmons, Harry Jowsey, Jake Paul, and Oscar De La Hoya.
The Dream Team Work
Vatche is a performance specialist with a devoted and trustworthy following, so together they combined Andy’s marketing clout and resources with Vatche’s health and wellness expertise to propel Muscle Lab to new heights. Muscle Lab was positioned to be the “Soho House” of recuperation and physiotherapy at first. With the help of KJ Smith, Andre Chavilliar, and Ian Smith, Andy and Vatche also cooperated with Sierra Canyon High School’s basketball squad, exclusively providing rehabilitation services to some of the top high school players in the country.
Cereal Club; Revolutionizing the NFT Scene
His other successful venture is Cereal Club. It’s a non-fungi-bowl-driven collectable network of individuals whose goal is to strengthen web3 across the NFT ecosystem. It’s got an intriguing premise behind it. The 10,000 NFT collection sold out in minutes on a first-come, first-served basis. Each muncher has unique bowls, colors, charms, and body kinds, some of which are more uncommon than others, and they will evolve dependent on the cereal your NFT consumes. It grants you a non-fungi-bowl cereal persona as well as membership in the club, granting you entry to the ecosystem where you may interact and cross-pollinate with other projects in ways never seen before. Cereal Club has collaborated with Super Bowl champion Aaron Donald, purchased Cereal.com, and is currently developing a game-changing Cereal brand.
The KB24 NFT Project
Later, when a Kobe Bryant NFT project was mentioned on Kobe Bryant’s old official website, the team behind it remained unknown until a recent LA Weekly piece verified that Andy, Sako, and their team, as well as their business partners, are the masterminds behind the anticipated NFT. The new enterprise pledges to send 100% of the proceeds to the Mamba & Mambacita Foundation.
Other Achievements
Andy’s achievements are not limited to Getmefamous and Muscle Lab. His new vent Accommodations is presently in beta. Andy has indicated that it would provide more than simply holiday rentals, including special concierge services. He has invested his money in AirBnB and a Los Angeles exotic vehicle rental sector, purchasing a number of homes and high-end vehicles. He has built a collection of over a dozen homes and exotic automobiles, including multiple Lamborghini Uruses and Mercedes G-63s, in just a few months. Andy also launched Shlooz not long after, this time with the support of his business partner and dear friend Sako Waves. Shlooz is an online booze shop that supplies to practically every state, gradually but surely posing a threat to the online liquor delivery industry.
What’s Next?
Andy recently got engaged to his high school sweetheart, and he now wants to push all of these ideas ahead so they can be self-sustaining. He intends to extend his operations in general, including all of his commercial endeavors as well as his charitable initiatives.
